There's no point denying the fact that anime is a large part of my life now. I consume it nearly every day, whether that's by watching an episode or two, or reading manga, or just looking at photographs of cosplayers on Instagram. Quite frankly, it's everywhere. Why? Because anime, as a medium, has helped me.
Nowadays, for me personally, it doesn't happen often, but sometimes I just love to re-watch a show. I think it brings back so many memories. Not only that, but I think once you watch a show again after a few years, you can look at it from a different perspective. That being said, there are a few shows that I prefer to watch over others. These are the shows that I enjoy every single time I watch them. Without fail.
Who do I feel like I'm similar to? Well, firstly... We certainly have our similarities. For starters, we're both incredibly clumsy. I have always been clumsy, I always will be. I have walked into several lamposts, tripped over my own shadow and spilt goodness how much food down me over the past 22 years and I don't see that stopping any time soon.
Last week, I shared my top five female anime characters as a special post for International Women's Day. However, I didn't think it'd be fair if I didn't do one for the men in anime that we all love, so here we are. It's time for my top 5 male anime characters! Now, if I thought to compile the last list was hard, this one is on another level. Having been a fan of anime for seven years now, it's safe to say that I've seen plenty of boys - good and bad - meaning that there were quite a few contenders for this list!
March 8 is International Women's Day! So, what better way is there to celebrate it by paying homage to my favorite females in anime? Exactly what I thought! So, here are my top five female anime characters! Expect a lot of cuteness and a lot of badassery at the same time!
I have a couple of reasons why I hate this question. Firstly, what I consider to be my favorite anime at one point may be completely different from the one I consider to be my favorite at another point. It completely depends on not only my mood but also the circumstances that I'm going through at that time. So, really, the question of "What's your favorite anime?" for me is really complicated to answer.
This week I'm going to be focusing on comedy - a genre that I personally think is often a struggle to find good shows of. This week, I'm featuring The Devil Is A Part-Timer, Daily Lives of High School Boys and Ouran High School Host Club.
