Apparently it’s been 13 days since I last posted. Oops.
Anyway – consider this the “Monthly Update” post for January because, wow, life has been pretty busy lately. Obviously, because of this, I haven’t had time to post, but I’ve definitely still been writing somewhat. There should be an interesting piece coming soon for you guys. Or, it’s been at least interesting to write.
Above I placed Monthly Update in inverted commas. Why? I’ve decided to scrap them. As a post, they’re fine, but do you guys really need to know what’s been going on in my personal life on this blog? I post quite frequently on my social media, though, so feel free to follow me there – links can be found on the contact page, but I’ll also link them at the bottom of this page as well. Shameless self-promotion.
And that’s just the start of things changing slightly on here. I’ve also been a little quiet on the posting front as I’ve been playing around with the site design somewhat. I feel like, although this site design has worked for the past nine months quite well, it’s time for a bit of a change in design. I won’t be changing it too much, just perhaps how the content here is organised. This could get quite messy, so please bear with me. ^^”
Content-wise, I’m also adjusting slightly. I realised that, quite often, my reviews don’t seem to reflect the overall score I give a series at times. Therefore, I’ve decided to go into more detail in my reviewing, adjusting the process of how I go about reviewing a series slightly, and hopefully that’ll mean a more accurate scoring system. I won’t be changing any of the scores of the reviews currently written, however. That’s just effort and somewhat pointless, in my opinion. ^^” I’m also quite tempted to branch out slightly into different subject areas. Sure, anime, cosplay and – to a lesser extent – manga are always going to the main focuses of this blog, but at times I’m sat here just struggling to come up with a good quality post based on these three areas. Perhaps maybe I could write the occasional post on dramas or music or perhaps video games as well? Any suggestions or feedback on this would be appreciated. Just bear in mind that these would be filler posts, so to speak, and could vary in topic area somewhat.
Why all the changes? Like I said before, I just feel as if it’s time for a bit of a change. I realise that this blog has changed tremendously since I first created it, but hey- I get bored easily and I also feel like now is a good time to do this. The blog is getting more and more visitors each day, as well as receiving more recognition (which I appreciate, guys, thank you! <3) which continues to make me eager to strive to be the best blogger I can be. Sounds cheesy, I know, but it’s true.
Regardless, if you have any suggestions/criticisms/general feedback to share, please don’t hesitate to let me know either in a comment or contacting me privately. I honestly don’t mind what you have to say, for this is just going to help me out. ^^

Sounds like a plan you have here would love to see you talk about dramas 😊😊 if your struggling to come up with a post ldea you should do what I do and have a notebook 📓 use at any time to write any post ideas that inspire you 👍🏼 helps me out a lot all the time I never run out of ideas good luck with everything looking forward to it !!
