This is a seriously overdue post, but life certainly does get in the way, doesn’t it? Regardless, I thought I would do this post now before another month passes and I still haven’t done it. My forgetfulness is terrible, I swear…
Anyway! Way back in November, I got nominated for the Real Neat Blog Award by the amazing Lina! As with all nominations I get, it came as a complete shock (more so with this one due to the lack of content lately, haha!) and I am absolutely thrilled to be nominated! Why? Because I truly love these awards. They’re just so fun to do and the community spirit behind each and every one is simply awesome.
So, let’s not waste any more time. Firstly, I would like to thank Lina for nominating me! I definitely recommend their blog, for they have some amazing posts on some topics that not many people talk about. I definitely admire their courage, so you should certainly check out their blog here!
As always, I have to follow the rules of the challenge. For those of you who aren’t sure of the rules, here they are:
- Display the award logo.
- Thank the blogger who nominated you and post a link to their blog.
- Answer the questions of the one who nominated you.
- Nominate 7-10 bloggers
- Ask them seven questions
So, I’ve done the first two things – it’s time to answer some questions! Lina had some very goblin-themed questions, so I’ll do my best to answer them!
- What’s your stance on killing goblins?
I’m going to be honest – this isn’t something I think about! I don’t really know much about goblins, so I think it’s hard for me to comment on it. I know they are mischievous and that they like their jewelry and riches, but…who doesn’t? If we stick to talking about them about being mere thieves, I don’t think we should be killing them. Chop off a finger or two, maybe, but not kill them. ;3 Like I said, though, I don’t know too much about goblins, so I can’t really answer the question properly. - What would be the best way to kill an evil goblin?
I don’t think there is a ‘best’ way to kill a goblin, if you look at it from their point of view…
- What would happen in a world where the goblins would be allowed to roam free?
What would happen is that goblins would be roaming around freely. :p Nah, for real, I think we’d potentially see burglary rates go up amongst other crime rates. Apart from that, I have no idea.

- Would you like to live in a world where goblins ruled?
…What if we are living in a world ruled by goblins and we just don’t know about it? To answer your question, though, I think it’d be an interesting thing to experience, but probably horrifying as well.
- Who is your favorite goblin/-slayer?
I don’t think I know any goblin slayers. However, I am quite fond of a goblin named Griphook… You might have heard of him?
- What is your favorite anime/movie/tv-series with goblins in it?
Do goblins really feature in popular culture this much? I honestly can only associate goblins with Goblin Slayer and Harry Potter. Considering I haven’t seen Goblin Slayer, I’m going to have to say Harry Potter. (If anyone can prove me wrong and recommend me any good movies/anime/TV series, though, give me a shout!)

- This was plenty of goblins I’d say; who’s your best boy/girl of all the best boys/girls in all genres?
Yay, finally a question I can answer! I have a lot of best boys and girls in a lot of shows, so it’s going to be hard to narrow it down. However, I will say that my best boy is Sugawara Koushi from Haikyuu!! as he’s just such a squish. He’s so thoughtful and I just want to have him as an older brother or something he’s so- ahhh. For the girls, I usually say one of my two best girls from Danganronpa – Touko Fukawa or Miu Iruma – because I simply love their personalities. However, after settling into Sailor Moon recently, I have a feeling that my best girl of best girls may be changing soon, so I wouldn’t set that in stone if I was you!
Now, it’s time for the hard part – the nominations! I always struggle to nominate people because there are so many people who I could nominate. However, I feel as though these nominations cover a lot of people who I don’t really interact with much at the moment. That is mostly on my part for not having the time to sit down and read, comment and communicate with other bloggers and content creators, but just know that you are all doing a brilliant job at what you do, okay?~
- Xenodude
- Lynn Sheridan
- Mei
- Laura
- Cactus Matt
- Galvanic Media (any one of you can do it! :3c)
- Merlin
Like I always say, don’t feel obliged to participate! I just nominated you guys because I can see how much effort you all put in and you deserve more recognition! If you want to participate, though, here are your questions!
- Considering it’s still the start of a new year, did you make any resolutions and have you been able to keep them?
- What’s the most challenging thing for you when maintaining a blog or YouTube channel?
- Do you have any regrets regarding your work in 2018?
- If you could recommend me a show/book, what would it be and why?
- What do you do when you’re feeling unmotivated to do something?
- If you could just hop on a plane and fly to any country right now, what country would you go to and why?
- What are you looking forward to the most for 2019?
I can’t wait to see your answers if you are participating! (And, like I said, if you don’t, that’s fine too!) I’m just glad that I’ve finally been able to get this post out! Exam seasons are so tiring, even when you’re a teacher! ><
It's almost the holidays for me, though, so I'll be sure to write more content for you guys. Like I've said in previous posts, it’s going to be less serious than usual, but at least it’s still content, right?
Until next time!

There’s also a korean drama called Goblin… might have heard of it? 😊
Ahh, I’ve heard of Goblin, I just haven’t seen it! I completely forgot about it when I was writing the answers as well! D:
Understandable 😄 Congrats on the award btw!
Well at least you ain’t a fanatic in killing goblins like goblin slayer is xDD.
