The results are in.

Back in December, I launched the second running of the AGAHA Awards to find out what people thought were the best anime and manga of 2020. Despite it being a disappointing year in other areas, the world of anime and manga certainly gave us a lot of pleasantries last year – something which everyone who voted in the AGAHA Awards would probably agree with.

I was always watching the results come in with anticipation. This year was so much closer than last year. The first awards saw clear winners in the majority of categories with only two ties. Meanwhile, this year has a lot more ties and even a three-way tie in one category!

As with last year, hosting these awards was a lot of fun and I always find it interesting to see what the favourite series from my readership were – it allows me to learn a lot more about you guys! I hope you guys find these results as interesting as I did.

To find out the winners, you can watch the YouTube video below or you can continue to scroll down to see the winners – the choice is up to you!

  1. Banzai for rezero just for winning the summer anime! I’m so glad that they actually made a second season. I just hope they’ll animate more seasons once the novel produces more content
