Wrapping Up 2021: The Weirdest Year For Me Yet

It's absolutely crazy to me that it's already December 31st. 2021 has been such a weird year, no? I say this every year, but time has truly flown by this year. It feels like we were all optimistic about going into 2021 after the somewhat questionable year of 2020 just two weeks ago. But here we are, entering 2022 after a somewhat questionable 2021.

Despite the rollercoaster of a year we all had, I'm focusing on the future. Everyone has probably published their own review posts of a similar vein, but I've certainly had to sit down and think about what I want to do with 2021. I don't necessarily wish to make concrete goals. After all, who knows what 2021 has in store?

Blogging Confessions from A Small Anime Blogger

Being honest is something that I've been wanting to do for as long as I can remember and yet, for some reason, I don't do it that often when it comes to blogging. I do think it's good to get things off your chest every now and then. I also think it's a good thing to be honest with your audience. So, that being said, I'm going to confess three things today about my experience as a rather small anime blogger.

How Anime Has Helped Me

There's no point denying the fact that anime is a large part of my life now. I consume it nearly every day, whether that's by watching an episode or two, or reading manga, or just looking at photographs of cosplayers on Instagram. Quite frankly, it's everywhere. Why? Because anime, as a medium, has helped me.

Today, I’m Returning to the UK

Today's post is just a little post and, as you've probably guessed, it's a bit of a personal one. As this post is going live, I'll already be on the plane to go back home to the UK. Returning to the land of tea, scones and queues is so exciting for me. Although it has been an incredible opportunity, I can't lie - living in the Middle Kingdom certainly wasn't easy for me.
