For some reason, I really haven't felt the push to write a lot this year. I don't really have the inspiration to write even now. Arguably, this is just your run of the mill case of burnout. Arguably, this is due to the fact I haven't been watching anime recently and, once I get into more of a routine, that is something I hope to fix. Either way, it's a bit of a problem when you're trying to run a blog.
Introducing: The Café
Things are starting to get back to some sort of normalcy now, though (whatever that means, ay?) and I'm scared that communities coming together like they have is going to just... well, stop. Some are unlikely to stop, which is great, but for some others? I'm not convinced.
Lockdown 2020: What Games Have I Been Playing?
Coming to terms with this 'new normal' has been hard for different people for different reasons. What has been absolutely marvellous, however, is having a known constant in my life. This has taken the shape of turning on my laptop, logging onto Discord and Steam and simply playing games with my friends.
Cloud Matsuri: Day 1 Roundup
Releases, industry insights and more! I give a round up of All the Anime's first-ever virtual convention, Cloud Matsuri. Surprises galore and guests such as Eunyoung Choi and Eiji Inomoto!
4 Years, Domains, and Changes
The fourth anniversary of my little anime-filled corner of the Internet was actually at the start of the month, so this post is a little late. However, I've been debating on what to do to mark the occasion, and wanted to take my time on it. After having a couple of conversations with some of my friends, I've finally come to a conclusion.
Somebody thinks I’m cool!: Real Neat Blogger Award
I reall love the Real Neat Blog Award. I've been nominated for it a few times now, but every time I get nominated, I also get some really unique questions that I just love answering. This time around, I was nominated by Geeknabe.
New Horizons Is The Game We All Needed
I have been a fan of Animal Crossing since I first played Wild World back in the late 00s. I've experiencd so many good memories thanks to this cute, animal-filled series. Yet, despite all of this, no game since Wild World has truly hit a chord with me until now.
A Decade in Anime: Looking Back at 2010
I realise that many people have already spoken about the last decade. Bloggers, AniTubers, even companies have shared their favourite anime of the last decade. I may be late to the party, but it's better late than never, right? It's time for some nostalgia!
Who knew that fairies could be overwhelming?: Fairy Gone Season 1 Review
Admittedly, I was quite hyped for Fairy gone when it was released back in Spring 2019. I do love supernatural stories, I always have done, and the crime element just added to my anticipation. Yet, come the half-way point of the show, I don't know if I'm watching the same show or not.
Another Chapter: An Update
Those of you who follow me on Twitter will know that I was planning to publish a review yesterday. Instead, you get this post - a little update. I hope that's okay for now. Oh, and when I say "small", I mean the length of this post. Personally, it's quite a big update.
