It's absolutely crazy to me that it's already December 31st. 2021 has been such a weird year, no? I say this every year, but time has truly flown by this year. It feels like we were all optimistic about going into 2021 after the somewhat questionable year of 2020 just two weeks ago. But here we are, entering 2022 after a somewhat questionable 2021.
Despite the rollercoaster of a year we all had, I'm focusing on the future. Everyone has probably published their own review posts of a similar vein, but I've certainly had to sit down and think about what I want to do with 2021. I don't necessarily wish to make concrete goals. After all, who knows what 2021 has in store?
The fourth anniversary of my little anime-filled corner of the Internet was actually at the start of the month, so this post is a little late. However, I've been debating on what to do to mark the occasion, and wanted to take my time on it. After having a couple of conversations with some of my friends, I've finally come to a conclusion.
I reall love the Real Neat Blog Award. I've been nominated for it a few times now, but every time I get nominated, I also get some really unique questions that I just love answering. This time around, I was nominated by Geeknabe.
The festivites are over for another year. Now, we look at not only a new year, but a new decade. It's safe to say that life has certainly had its ups and downs in the last decade but I found what makes me happy. This blog is a part of that. Thus, when thinking about next year, as well as the next decade, it's very important that I consider this little corner of the Internet.
Being honest is something that I've been wanting to do for as long as I can remember and yet, for some reason, I don't do it that often when it comes to blogging. I do think it's good to get things off your chest every now and then. I also think it's a good thing to be honest with your audience. So, that being said, I'm going to confess three things today about my experience as a rather small anime blogger.
The nomination period for the first ever AGAHA Awards has now closed and now it's time to get voting! Who will win? Only you can decide! Voting closes on January 1st 2020.
This is the third time I've been nominated for this lovely award! Actually, looking back at the other times, I seem to have a track record for not doing these awards on time... Nevertheless, it's always lovely to receive these awards. I'm going to give a very big 'thank you' to Pinkie for nominating me.
Although I'm not particuarly one to keep up to date with award ceremonies such as the Oscars, I've always wondered what it'd be like to host my own little award show. I don't know why I've got the need to do this, but we're doing it. It's time for a little bit of fun!
This is something that has taken a while to do, but I've finally done it. I've started uploading onto AGAHA's YouTube channel! For now, it's just an introduction to the channel, but come Saturday, there will be more content on there.
