It's that time of the season again! Here are my seasonal choices for Winter 2020. What are you watching next season? Do we have any in common?
Summer 2019: What am I watching?
It’s that time of the season again where we all take a look at the upcoming seasonal anime and pick what we’ll be watching! I realise I only made a return to seasonal anime a couple of seasons ago with The Promised Neverland, but I think I’m going to adjust my approach once again.
Who are the Generation of Miracles?: Kuroko no Basket Review
I don't really know why I haven't touched many sports anime as of late. They certainly appeal to me and I have had every intention to watch them, but for some reason, I just... don't. Perhaps I just needed something to pump me up and motivate me and if that's the case, then, Kuroko no Basket certainly worked its magic.
Fall 2018: What To Watch
This season, for me, will probably work like the last, where I explicitly said I wouldn't be watching any seasonal anime. Last season, it was mostly due to finishing university, graduating and getting ready to start working. For this season, my reasoning is just the mere fact I don't really have the time to keep up with seasonal anime. And regional differences.
Summer 2018: Was I Right?
Now that the Summer 2018 season is finally over, it's time to see how accurate I actually was in my picks. I'm going to be going through reviews and looking at scores and statistics in order to get an overview on the anime I selected in my What To Watch post and see how accurate I was in my predictions.
Is this weird or perfect?: Uma Musume: Pretty Derby Review
By now, you should all know that I like sports anime and I like idol anime. They're two types of anime with similar features and story lines, both just as dramatic and thrilling to watch. So, when I heard about an anime that had both horse racing and idol elements involved, I was certainly intrigued. Even from the synopsis, I knew I was going to enjoy this.
Summer 2018: What To Watch
I'm arguably a little late on this for the Summer 2018 season has already started, but it's time for me to share my latest seasonal anime recommendations. So, what has caught my eye for this season?
Spring 2018: Am I Still Watching?
It's that time of the season where I reflect on the shows I began watching this season! I thought Winter 2018 had gone quick, but Spring seems to have gone a lot quicker? Not only that, but I've actually managed to stay up-to-date with some series! (Makes a change, huh?)
Personified race horses?!: Uma Musume First Impressions
Last week I spoke about Mahou Shoujo Ore and how its weird plot is actually making a relatively good parody of your typical magical girl anime. This time, I'm going to be talking about another relatively bizarre anime that's currently airing - Uma Musume: Pretty Derby.
Why I Don’t Like “Keijo!!!!!!!!!”
Now, after finally getting down to seeing Keijo for the first time, I can finally share my opinion on this. I may come across as ‘salty’. I may even come across as being ‘your typical feminist’. But hey, this is my blog. Regardless, let me give you my two cents on this topic.
