Those of you who follow me on Twitter will know that I was planning to publish a review yesterday. Instead, you get this post - a little update. I hope that's okay for now. Oh, and when I say "small", I mean the length of this post. Personally, it's quite a big update.
Wow, guys. Life has been somewhat hectic lately. I know I say that every so often, but, really, a lot has changed over the past two weeks, meaning I haven't been able to deliver on content as planned. Impromptu two-week hiatus, woo! Let me explain...
Today's post is just a little post and, as you've probably guessed, it's a bit of a personal one. As this post is going live, I'll already be on the plane to go back home to the UK. Returning to the land of tea, scones and queues is so exciting for me. Although it has been an incredible opportunity, I can't lie - living in the Middle Kingdom certainly wasn't easy for me.
It really doesn't feel like it's been a year since I wrote the post for AGAHA's 2nd anniversary, but here I am writing the post of its third anniversary. Time really does fly by. It's a little bit scary if I'm honest.The past year has been a bit of a weird one, but it still deserves to be celebrated.
Myself and some friends from university decided to participate in an anime challenge that followed the style of the challenges you find on MyAnimeList. I started it at a bit of an unconventional time, but that hasn't exactly stopped me from making some progress. Although, we may be pushing it for time, now.
I know I've teased you guys for such a long time about having an announcement and I'm sorry about that, but the good news is that it's finally here! I've actually been teasing a lot to do with this over on my Instagram and on Twitter, but I still want to know your reactions!

It's that time of year again - A Girl & Her Anime is celebrating another birthday! I've not achieved as much as some people, of course not, but I'm content with what I have achieved.

Personally, I'm going to be making a lot of resolutions this year, because I want a challenge and because I need them to motivate me somewhat. I'm going to take a step to the side for a moment and think about my anime goals for the next year. What am I wanting to watch? What am I wanting to do? Well...
